Full Day Venue Rental
Friday & Saturday - starting at $1,800/night
Sunday-Thursday - starting at $1,600/night
Prices based on 3 or more night stays.

Lodging add-on pricing for groups larger than 40 guests
Base price includes up to 40 guests. For groups 41-60 guests: add $10 per guest per night.
Groups larger than 60 guests: same as above up to 60 guests, then $8 per additional guest per night.
Your rental includes exclusive access to the outdoor event hall, kitchen and additional community pavilion, and all outdoor spaces, along with the time and flexibility to make the space your own.

Additional Considerations
Onsite Lodging
Bright Star offers unique and affordable guest lodging for 50+ guests. We have tipi's, cabins, a Hogan, and RV, car and tent camping available. There is also a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home available to rent for additional cost. You can view lodging options on our Reservation Portal here:
Group Size
Larger sized groups may require additional rentals, such as porta potties or other items to meet the needs of the group size.
Extended Time
Event hosts can choose to add additional setup time, or additional cleanup time at additional costs.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is collected prior to the event and returned after the venue is inspected, pending any damage charges.
Discounts Available
Discounts are available for military, veterans, medical, and first responders.
