Campground
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets at Bright Star Campground. A one-time $20 pet fee per pet applies for guests staying in Cabins, Tipis, or The Hogan, and a $10 fee for RV and Tent sites.
All pets must be kept on a leash or in an appropriate container and may not be left unattended, especially inside campground structures due to heat risks. We do not have breed restrictions, but we do ask that you clean up after your pet.
Please include all pets in your reservation—undeclared pets at check-in may result in additional fees.

Restrooms at Park Headquarters
-
Seasonally at Morefield Campground, Wetherill Mesa, and Cliff Palace parking lot
-

Never leave pets in your car.
Even with the windows cracked, temperatures can rise by 20°F (or more) in just 10 minutes—dangerous for any animal.
