Never leave food unattended in campsites or communal areas as it will attract wildlife.
Drive slowly and stay on the gravel roads.
No smoking inside campsites or any campground buildings.
Cannabis is legal and allowed at Bright Star Campground. Please keep smoking and vaping contained to your campsite.
Please clean up after yourself when using the communal kitchen. This includes putting food away, washing, drying, and putting away dishes. We provide filtered water and an ice machine which is for water bottles only, not large containers and coolers.
6.
You may store food in the Camper's Fridge & Freezer. Please label all containers with your name. If leaving or donating food, please note on all items to prevent waste.
7.
8.
To allow for enough water for all guests, please limit showers to 10 minutes or less.
If your site has a battery, do not leave the battery or lights on. If you need a recharge or new battery during your stay, please text the camp host.
9.
To conserve space, we require guests staying at most Tipis to parallel park on the gravel. You do not have to parallel park at the Chasing Moon Tipi.
10.
Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash or in an appropriate container. Pet owners are responsible for their pets behavior. Do not leave pets unattended.
11.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Drunk or offensive behavior to other guests or staff will not be tolerated. Please report any issues or disturbances to the Camp Host phone.

Please stay on the roads and paths. The High Desert environment is home to many unique flora and fauna. There are lots of critters including but not limited to: ants, beetles, mice, birds, toads, lizards, jack rabbits, prairie dogs, snakes. Watch for holes in the ground made by gophers. If you see a snake, please do not interact and alert the Camp Host. Do not approach or disturb wildlife.
13.
For your safety, we may initiate fire bans in the summer. We will post signs on the campground when in effect. It is important to not light any fires during these bans, including firepits.
